Veaco Group specializes in providing corporate governance solutions on an ongoing or as-needed basis.  You can outsource the work to our seasoned advisors, extend your existing staff or let us provide education to enable you to implement your own sound governance practices. We work on specific projects or are available whenever you have governance questions.  When you are short-staffed, we can temporarily provide the resources to maintain continuity in your governance program.   We also partner with in-house or outside counsel.
